This is a product which is made exclusively from beef, and has been cured and air-dried to perfection! It has traits that give it similarities to biltong and beef jerky, although aspects of the preparation give the product its unique flavor that differs from jerky, in the best way! Ingredients include: coriander, black pepper, salt, brown vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. The product is SLICED into thin strips, making consumption easier.
